Beth Styne

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
Regional Vice President

As Branch Manager and now Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Greater Los Angeles area including Beverly Hills, Beth Styne has overseen the sale of the nation’s most significant properties—including Le Belvedere, which Forbes declared “America’s most expensive home” in 2010.  In addition, she has overseen the sale of renowned architecturally significant properties by A. Quincy Jones, Frank Gehry, Wallace Neff, John Lautner, Paul Williams, Hal Levitt, Brian Murphy, Charles Young, and Gerard Colcord. These experiences not only underscore her understanding of the intricacies of buying and selling “art as architecture,” but also the importance of marketing to discriminating buyers who hold architectural integrity in high regard.

Beth has helped successfully negotiate over $500 million in closed real estate transactions over the course of her 30-year career. A real estate agent since 1979, she has amassed a loyal following of A-list celebrity clients and high-net worth individuals who value her experience, discretion, professionalism, intelligence, negotiation skills, and sense of calm. Beth’s years in the field have led her from being a Sales Manager at Mimi Styne Associates to a leading real estate agent, top producer, and now Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Los Angeles. As a long-time resident of Beverly Hills and the Westside, Beth offers her clients and agents—many of whom are ranked among the top real estate agents in the nation—unmatched local market expertise, an excellent reputation within the real estate industry, and an outstanding roster of personal references.
